The orthopedist could only prescribed medication or inject with cortisone and, physical therapy did not rid me of the pain although it really helped. Line was the missing element for success. Because I am a mildly disabled multiple sclerosis patient, the idea of going to a gym was rather daunting, but Line made me feel comfortable right away. She is considerate of my limitations but also encouraging when seeking new levels of challenge. Her enthusiasm is contagious and helps promote a positive experience. I've already seem some improvement in the strength in my legs.
I have trained all over the country from New York to LA. Line is simply and exquisitely one of the best trainers I have ever had. She varies my routine, know when to push my limits and when to praise. She is remarkable.
Line Doucet is a 10. She is more of the therapist than a physical counselor. I had a severe stroke 4 years ago and I have had intensive therapy 3/week since so I know the difference when it comes to therapy/counselor. Line has helped me improve my quality of life (hand, arm, leg, and ankle) BEYOND what the therapists could do after 75-100 hours worth. I am a big fan. Thank you Line.
I have been using her for a while. My last visit with her was this morning. The environment is fine for me. I haven't been to that many other gyms. I chose her because she has a great understanding of biomechanics. She makes all my pains go away. She is extremely customer oriented. She has 2 things going, but she does that over Skype as well while I am traveling. That is definitely convenient. I was at the other side of the world and my 7 am was her 7 pm but she still did it.

As you know, I have been nagged by a pinched left bicep tendon for fifteen years. I was in agony after bench presses, push-ups were nearly impossible, and curls were dangerous. Even if I slept leaning on my shoulder, the pain would wake me up. I once stopped a MRI because I couldn’t keep my left arm above my head. All is gone, I mean, like a miracle, gone!
I owe it all to you. You explained what I was doing wrong. You stretched my constricted shoulder girdle and then gave me a series of exercises and stretches that has worked beyond my wildest expectations. I rarely have even an inkling of pain.
You are indeed a miracle worker. Besides being a really great person, you are a really great trainer. I will forever be grateful for your help. You are indeed a master of your craft.

I started working out with Line in January 2004 as my New Year's Resolution, and have never stopped. Line is lively, energetic, knowledgeable and loves to mix it up challenging your strength, core and balance. I had tried numerous times in the past to 'do it on my own' but just plain got too distracted. I have never enjoyed the discipline it takes to stick with a weight program on my own and yet believe it to be most important to all the other aspects of my life--especially as I continue to age. Line has filled the gap, along with my cardio workouts, which at 65 has allowed me to stay active in the sports I enjoy the most: tennis, hiking, and walking the golf course. But, most important, maintaining balance as I continue to wear those high heels I love!!! And as a bonus for all the wonderful things a weight workout has done for my body, it has been like time spent with a friend. How can you go wrong????!!!!!!!!

I met Line in 1998 and was impressed with her people skills and fitness knowledge. Of all of the trainers in the gym, I knew that she would help improve my chronic back pain. She did an assessment and told me that she could fix the problem within a month. I was blown away in disbelief of her statement after suffering for a number of years. After the first two weeks, my pain was gone, my back stable, I was more flexible and resume to playing better golf and travel pain free. I since introduced her to many friends and business partners who have all been helped and are healthier. She really sells freedom, does it skillfully and with a caring smile. A must have.
