Hillary was known for working from morning to faint, although she never neglected to care of her clients and friends. Somehow, she forgot the most important person, herself.
Gyms were intimidating, overwhelming and basically out of her comfort zone.
She initiated a sensible food plan and contacted me, Line Doucet.
Accountability for food charting and regular exercising with my help, she started to gradually lose weight. Consistency created a favorable outcome when the objective was losing 2 pounds per week until she reached 52 pounds. At that point, she went down to a size 16 pants from size 22 initially. Shopping for clothes became a different experience and wearing more feminine attire became part of her life. I could see that her confidence and self- image was changing with time. Good job Hillary!
